SURFACE SHIP SYSTEMS, ELECTRO OPTICAL SIGHTING SYSTEMS, 360-DEGREE EO/IR IMAGING, RADAR PEDESTALS AND SPECIAL PRODUCTS.

É«ÇéÖ±²¥ won a competitive procurement to provide the U.S. Navy with an Electro Optical Sensor System (EOSS) to fulfill the needs of the Cruiser (Ticonderoga class) Modernization Program. Building on the proven MK46 Optical Sight System, the MK20 MOD 0 EOSS was designed to incorporate the latest technologies into a proven baseline.  The state-of-art features incorporated are full digital stabilization with high-reliability fiber-optic gyros, a separate eye-safe laser rangefinder LRU that combines a long-life diode-pumped laser with an increased rep rate and increased ranging performance, improved BIT and maintainability features, as well as excellent sensor to sensor boresight alignment.

After the first MK20 capable of distributing low-latency digital video was delivered, É«ÇéÖ±²¥ was awarded a follow-on production contract to put MK20 systems on modernized and new construction Arleigh Burke destroyers.

Other products designed and produced for defense applications include:

  • Surveillance radar pedestals for land or shipboard applications
  • Submarine radar modules for housing and control of navigation and/or LPI radars
  • Custom design electric drive systems, including the Towed Array Handling motors and controller and propulsion drives for Advanced Seal Delivery System
